It's been a long time coming...

Hi loves! Sorry I have been absent from the blog world for so long. I have finished my kitchen classes at school and just started my internship. For our final we could make any cake we wanted, so I made a super princess cake. I absolutely loved the outcome and it tasted amazing, with lemon chiffon cake, raspberry jam filling, and vanilla buttercream.

I also have to share two adorable photos with you. The first is my boyfriend's friend's daughter with the birthday cake I made her. The second is my 9 month old nephew, Keegan, eating with a Teletubbies hat on. Both of these photos make me smile. :) 

P.s. I got the new iPhone, so my photos are going to be much better

THE Perfect Way to Get Ready for Summer

Now, I am not saying that I am a health or fitness guru, but I do try to eat healthy for the most part. (except for the fact that I have at least one sweet a day) I will admit that getting into the routine of working out, to be ready for bathing suit season, is not my favorite thing to do... BUT I think that I have just found my solution...Cirque School Workout Classes! A veteran of Cirque Du Soleil has opened up a gym in LA that combines circus arts with full-body fitness workouts, with a cardio warm-up and an intense Pilates cool down.
